We are working with the ASHP Education Services Division (ESD) to obtain ACPE CE credit for each of the 9 modules. Each module will have three ACPE numbers (one each for the Independent Study, Web Presentation, and Interactive Teleconference, respectively). To receive CE credit you will need to score at least 70% on each Self-Assessment and have the faculty member validate your satisfactory participation in the Interactive Teleconference.

The PLA Web site has been designed to capture the information needed to validate your scores and teleconference participation. We plan to provide your CE information to ESD upon completion of each module to generate your CE certificates. It should take approximately 4-6 weeks after completing the module to generate a certificate.

In the future we plan to have a direct connection with the ASHP/ESD CE system so that you may generate the certificate automatically and print on your personal computer.
